Directions & Parking

Directions and a map are located on our directions page. Parking at the NYS Fairgrounds will be available in front of the Center of Progress Building and around Chevy Court. Handicap parking is available in all lots.

Refreshments

Suds Factory Courtside Grill will welcome walk-up orders from 8:30 am – 5pm the day of our Faire. The restaurant is located in the south wing and their satellite location is located near the north wing. Visit their menu to see what they will be selling at our Faire.

Cosplay Show – Participate!

Our Cosplay Show will take place on our TACNY Stage from 3:30 – 3:45pm. Come as your favorite or original character and strut your stuff! Sign-up at our Info Desk the day of our Faire before 3pm to participate or sign-up in advance via our registration form. More information can be found on our Randy Callender Cosplay Show page .

NYS Citizen Preparedness Corps Logo

NY Citizen Preparedness Training Session

The NY Citizen Preparedness Training Program instructors will offer a session at our Faire from 1pm – 1:45pm that teaches how to have the tools and resources to prepare for any type of disaster. Participants will learn how to develop a family/household emergency plan and stock up on emergency supplies. Each family/household who attend will receive one preparedness kit. We need 50 advance sign-ups to be able to offer this program. If anyone in your group would like to attend please sign-up via their registration form!

Over 140 Maker Booths!

We have more than 140 maker booths this year. Come experience it all! Be sure to bring a bag for all your make & take creations. Visit our Makers & Exhibits page to find out more about each of our makers.

Bike Parking & Cycling Repair/Maintenance Booth

Our event is on the Erie Canal Trail . We invite you to park anywhere on the trail that works for you and ride your bike to our Faire! There will be free bike parking inside near the main entrance. We also have members of the Alchemical Nursery Project and the Marcellus Street Bike Depot joining us this year. Stop by their booth (Outdoor Booth 2) to learn bicycle repair and maintenance skills and connect with other bike riders.
