What is Maker Faire?

Maker Faire is a gathering of fascinating, curious people who enjoy learning and who love sharing what they can do. From engineers to artists to scientists to crafters, Maker Faire is a venue for these "makers" to show hobbies, experiments, projects.

We call it the Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth - a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness.

Have a creative hands-on experience to share with the community?

Want to show the community what you are up to and attract new members to your organization?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, we encourage you to apply to be maker at our 3rd annual Maker Faire Syracuse. Makers include artists, woodworkers, builders, musicians, people who sew, engineers, jugglers and more. All ages are welcome. Students, hobbyists and even businesses are welcome to showcase what they do.

Application Deadline: April 5, 2024

VENDOR NOTE: If you’re selling anything during the faire and have a hands-on activity, the cost is $50. If you don’t have a hands-on activity, the cost is $100. We’re limited by our license to only have 20% of all exhibitors selling anything.
