Tufty & Co. is Central New York’s premiere purveyor of hand tufted rugs, wall hangings and other soft things. Renee Patterson, the local artist behind Tufty & Co., has been working in textile arts for over twenty years and was recently featured in the November/December issue of Central New York Magazine for her work with tufting. She has led tufting workshops locally, most notably at the Everson Museum. Each of her pieces are individually designed and crafted to emulate her fun, eclectic style.
