Katie St. Laurent
I learned to make pysanky from my grandmother on a rainy afternoon when I was about ten. Many years later, I came across a kit at The Art Store, and began practicing on my own. I have been making pysanky occasionally for about 20 years now. I am an avid Instagrammer (@scatterbolt) and I follow every pysanky account I can find! I have thousands of photos saved as inspiration. I am a librarian, a triathlete, and an animal lover. I live with my husband and our little zoo which includes a dog, a frog, two cats, turtles, tortoises, lizards, snakes, a parrot, fish, chickens and ducks.
